Ranbir Kapoor with his family have been news as they are constructing a new residence in Bandra. The property’s name is Krishna Raj, the name of the late grandmother of Ranbir Kapoor. Recently, news has been going around that Ranbir Kapoor is planning to name the bungalow after his and Alia’s only daughter, Raha Kapoor. If this happens then Raha will be the ‘youngest and wealthiest star kid’ in the entire Bollywood fraternity.
The price of the bungalow is alleged to be Rs. 250 crore which is the most luxurious celebrity residence in Mumbai. This cost is much more than Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa and Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat. A source from Bollywood Life said, ‘Ranbir and Alia are both equally investing their hard-earned money to make their dream house. The house will cost more than Rs. 250 crores once it’s all done. This will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area compared with Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jaisa’.

Along with this massive bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir own 4 flats in the Bandra area and their worth is more than 60 crores.
On his professional front, as of now, Ranbir Kapoor is celebrating ‘Animal’ success. He is all set to act in the next historical drama as he reportedly, is expected to be cast in ‘Ramayana’ of Nitesh Tiwari. As per reports, rumor has it that the movie has been in pre-production for quite a period now and has been delayed at times. In the movie, Ranbir Kapoor will portray the role of Lord Ram whereas Sai Pallavi will essay the role of Mata Sata.
